Terms of Service

1. Agreement for Provision of Services

These Terms of Service govern the engagement between you ("Client") and Healthcare Technology Partners LLC ("Agency") for the provision of healthcare technology services. A signed Statement of Work (SOW) will detail the specific scope of services.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

All project timelines provided are estimates. The Agency will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet these timelines but is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of its control, including delays in Client feedback or third-party platform issues.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to compensate the Agency according to the fees and schedule outlined in the SOW. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in the suspension of services. Fees for services rendered are non-refundable.

4. Legal Disclaimers

The Agency does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Healthcare technology effectiveness is subject to various external factors. The Agency's liability is strictly limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three-month period preceding any claim.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
